COVID-19 – We Are Open

Following the UK Government’s most recent announcement regarding the national restrictions for England from 5th of November, we at Stovax Gazco have every intention to remain open and continue with the manufacturing and distribution our products.

As some of our suppliers are located in areas that currently fall under different sets of restrictions, we may not be able to obtain and dispatch certain products as swiftly as we would like. We apologise in advance for any unexpected delays.

Find your Databadge

Before ordering a part, it is essential that you have your serial number to hand as this will allow you to locate the suitable spare parts for your model. Your serial number will be located on your appliance’s data plate. Please note that the location of the appliance’s data plate may vary according to model. Deliveries & Returns

Due to the wide range of spares that are available not all parts are permanently held in stock. For all stocked parts we would normally expect to dispatch your goods within 3 working days. For parts not currently in stock you will be advised of the potential lead time at the point of order, further advised when they are booked into stock and finally when they are dispatched.
