The Firenza’s plancha plate is also elliptical. This shaping results in greater variation in temperature across the surface, offering a more controlled cooking experience.

Our 10mm plancha plate are pecision-pressed to be subtly concave, helping to channel any excess fats into you fire bowl.

Circumferent Aire Flow
Featuring an elevated plancha plate, the Firenza’s innovative design results in an optimised air current around its circumferencce. Combustion air is drawn in from beneath the plate, right to the flames!

Delivery (please read carefully):

We offer a kerbside delivery service only. The driver will unload the goods, however they will not be able to carry any goods into the property. These can be carried into a garage or outbuilding, providing this can be accessed whilst using a pump truck.
Pump trucks can only operate on either concrete, tarmac or block driveway; without this type of surface delivery cannot be completed.

Deliveries are Monday – Friday between 9:00 – 17:00

The customer is responsible for ensuring that there is access to the property (or as close as reasonably possible) for a 7.5 tonne delivery vehicle.

For insurance purposes, the customer must be present to accept and sign for the goods at the time of delivery.

Delivery prices stated apply to mainland England, Wales and lowland Scotland.

Deliveries to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland and Northern Ireland will incur additional postage fees.
These areas are defined as:
The Highlands and Islands of Scotland – postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE.
Northern Ireland – postcodes BT.

For delivery to Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Isles of Scilly – postcodes IM, GY, JE, TR21-25 please contact Customer Services and we will obtain an individual delivery quotation to meet your requirements.

Important Notice

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that products are installed and commissioned to the manufacturer’s specifications, by a fully certified HETAS or Gas Safe registered installer. This information can be found in the installation instructions supplied with the heating appliance.
